Our Growing Principles
Although we are not yet certified organic, we practice a non-compromising adherence to the USDA’s organic standards. We learned to raise vegetables on a certified organic farm in Urbana, IL (thanks so much Blue Moon Farm) and we have been proud to extend these methods to our own farm.
